Last night I tried a variation (due to lack of resources) of Langdon Cook's nettle pesto, and it was a big hit! Great stuff - I'm glad I have access to acres and acres of nettles right now.
Born and raised in a small town in the Sacramento Delta, Joshua has been at one time or another an educator, ag. man, nonprofit manager, and park interpreter. He currently teaches archery, custom crafts leather, writes and directs policy for a transportation nonprofit.

Time for me to get out. I have a chance to hit a friend's property tomorrow with the baby to get some nettle. I hope it pans out.

Ppaul, let me know how it went!
It freezes well, too. Lang just wrote about making "pesto pops" for later in the season...
I saw that! It looks very cool, and if I can only remember to buy extra ice cube trays, I'll do that one.
